Do Not Put Yourself Down (Life As We Speak)
The very used expression will, of course, lead to the listener taking himself or herself even further down than he or she already is at that moment.
The idea in cheering up people and letting them find their happiness and joy again is a very friendly and challenging one, in many expressions. Here we see a situation where someone is pretty much unhappy and where he or she lives a moment after a specific unpleasant event.
The person near them would love to inform the listener that it is fine to experience and to live various occurrences and to not feel very well about discontentment in life. However, it is by far better to find the way to joy and satisfaction again as soon as you wish by using better phrases.

Finding the way back to livelihood will tend to teach the individual that life is about enjoyment and about having a nice experience on planet Earth. The less the listener maintains his or her time in unwanted feelings and thoughts, the easier it is for to easily go back to a joyful state.
Go back to your joyful state as fast as possible, so the habit which you teach your body and mind is aligned with feelings of joy, happiness, love and harmony. It is okay to experience some unpleasant feelings and allow ourselves to feel them; however, if we like to have a higher tendency to feel good, it is better for us to invest as little time as possible if none at all in those situations and feeling environments.
Optional and more supporting expressions are ‘Cheer up!’, ‘All is good.’, ‘You can easily learn from that experience and turn it in your favour.’ or ‘Turn the lemon into a lemonade as you always do.’. Keep planting seeds of hope, growth, comprehension and joy into your statements.
When speaking out ‘put yourself down’, we start to react to the feelings that come along with that statement. Feelings being felt recreate life experiences and events.
We should rather create feelings of hope, success and happiness in order to find ourselves and our dear ones in a place where we and they are pleased and satisfied. Both sides generate feelings of joy and prosperity when dwelling upon better outcomes.
Remind the person in need of his or her previous successes and lead him or her towards the feelings of those glorious moments. It will thus create a greater weight upon those experiences and feelings and support them to have more of those in future days, for the listener instantly shifts from the current unsatisfactory feelings to the previous glorious feelings and begins to feel better, for hope seems to be nearby.
Our goal is to take our friend one step closer to his or her target and by making them feel a bit better we do exactly that.
The word ‘down’ is, in most cases, related to inferiority and a lower state of being, a feeling of powerlessness for we cannot easily influence and control situations while being at the lower levels of our life.
Therefore, if you can relate to those suggested connotations of the word ‘down’, you should better avoid using it; then you and your listener will start to generate feelings of superiority, high rankings and the ability to choose and influence at will.
THE CURRENT POINT LEADS YOU TO HIGHER HIGHS ONCE YOU ALLOW IT TO.
